From 1 October 2026, permitted waste receiving sites in England and Wales must report every load received to DEFRA within two working days. This capability turns that duty into a by-product of running your site well: suppliers book 30-minute delivery slots, drivers check in at the gate, gross and tare come straight off your weighbridge, and the completed, operator-signed docket files itself to the DWT service through DEFRA's approved API.
